We know that when you have a claim, you expect and deserve prompt service and to be treated fairly.  We like for you to call or come by our office to report your claims, but we know that not all claims happen during our office hours. 

Some insureds are comfortable reporting claims directly to their insurance company.  For those people, we have included links to our carriers that have the ability to receive direct claim reports. Please be aware that when you report a claim directly, the insurance companies don't always notify us in a timely manner.  Therefore, if you need our help or have questions, please call or come by.
